We are seeking a motivated, Commission-Only Home Care Marketer to generate referrals and expand our client census for our non-medical home care agency. This is a 1099 independent contractor position ideal for individuals with experience in healthcare marketing, referral development, or community outreach.

The Marketer will focus on building referral relationships that result in Private Pay and VA clients, while maintaining compliance with Pennsylvania and federal regulations.

• Develop referral relationships with Hospitals, rehab centers, SNFs
• Assisted living and independent living communities
• Case managers, social workers, and discharge planners
• Medicaid Supports/Service Coordinators
• VA-related organizations and veteran support groups
• Senior centers and community organizations
• Educate referral partners on agency services and eligibility options
• Generate qualified leads that convert to active clients
• Attend community events, networking meetings, and health fairs
• Track referrals, conversions, and start-of-care outcomes
• Communicate regularly with agency leadership regarding referral activity

• No payment or inducements offered to referral sources
• All activities must comply with Pennsylvania Department of Health regulations
• HIPAA and confidentiality standards

• Experience in home care, healthcare marketing, or referral-based sales preferred
• Self-motivated and comfortable with commission-only compensation
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Reliable transportation
• Basic computer skills
