Outpatient Therapist (Full-Time – Adults & Adolescents)

Location: High Focus Centers – Jenkintown, PA

Schedule: Full-time | Evening hours preferred

Weekends: No weekends required

Compensation: $53,000–$55,000 annually (based on experience and credentials)

About High Focus Centers is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Outpatient Therapist to join our Jenkintown clinical team. We are a leading provider of outpatient behavioral healthcare services, specializing in the treatment of mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders for adolescents and adults. Our team values collaboration, professional growth, and meaningful client outcomes.

• Provide individual therapy to adult and adolescent clients
• Facilitate outpatient group therapy sessions as scheduled
• Conduct Level of Care Assessments (LOCAs) and complete clinical documentation
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and families
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with licensing and program requirements
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
• Participate in clinical supervision, case consultation, and trainings as scheduled

Education:

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with a clinical specialty in human services), or a related field
• Completion of a clinically based internship required

Experience &

Skills:

• Prior experience providing therapy to adolescents and/or adults in a behavioral healthcare setting preferred
• Familiarity with LOCAs, treatment planning, and progress documentation
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
• Commitment to ethical practice and a collaborative, team-based approach
