Jenkintown, Abington, Huntingdon Valley, Cheltenham, Dresher, Elkins Park, Flourtown, Fort Washington, Glenside, Hatboro, Jenkintown, Oreland, Willow Grove, Wyncote, Melrose Park, and Philadelphia.

This is a 100% commission-based role designed for a self-starter who thrives on networking, building relationships, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate has experience in healthcare marketing, home care, hospice, skilled nursing, or senior living.

You will represent A Place At Home – Glenside in the community and develop strong referral partnerships throughout Eastern Montgomery County and surrounding areas.

• Develop and maintain referral relationships with:

  • Skilled nursing facilities & rehab centers
  • Hospitals & discharge planners
  • Assisted living communities
  • Independent living communities
  • Hospice agencies
  • Physicians’ offices
  • Social workers & case managers
• Conduct in-person marketing visits and community outreach
• Attend networking events and community functions
• Track referral sources and maintain follow-up communication
• Educate partners on:
  • Private Pay Home Care
  • VA Benefits
  • Medicaid Waivers (ACT 150 & OBRA)
  • Long-Term Care Insurance
• Meet and exceed monthly referral and revenue goals

• 100% Commission-Based
