Are you a passionate law graduate with a keen interest in real estate law? We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Attorney to join our client's team. In this dynamic role, you will play a pivotal part in coordinating and managing commercial real estate transactions, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish with your expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage commercial real estate transactions, overseeing the process from opening through closing and disbursement.
  • Review and analyze purchase agreements, loan documents, title commitments, surveys, and closing instructions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare settlement statements, closing packages, and Proforma Title policies with precision and attention to detail.
  • Work collaboratively with attorneys, lenders, brokers, buyers, sellers, and underwriters to address any title and closing issues promptly and effectively.
  • Clear title requirements and facilitate the satisfaction of closing conditions, ensuring a seamless transaction process.
  • Schedule and conduct commercial closings both in-person and remotely, maintaining professionalism and efficiency throughout.
  • Balance files and oversee the funding and disbursement of closing proceeds in accordance with established procedures.
  • Ensure strict adherence to underwriting guidelines, state regulations, and company procedures to uphold legal standards and compliance.
Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree with a focus on real estate law or related field.
  • Strong interest and exposure to either title or foreclosure processes are preferred.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex legal documents effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and precision in all tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines consistently.
