About the Position

Rydal Park, a premier Life Plan Community located in Jenkintown, PA, is hiring full‑time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN/LVN) for our Health Center team. As an LPN/LVN, you will provide nursing care to residents while implementing our philosophy for person‑directed care. You will ensure a safe, healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors and coordinate care assignments with care partners to maintain resident satisfaction.

• Full‑time (10 days per pay) 7:00 am–3:15 pm, every other weekend/holiday rotation.

• Part‑time (4 days per pay) 7:00 am–3:15 pm, every other weekend/holiday rotation.

• Full‑time (8 days per pay) 11:00 pm–7:15 am, every other weekend/holiday rotation.
We also seek on‑call/per diem LPNs.

• Hourly $31–$35, based on experience
• Evening, night, and weekend differentials

• Current LVN/LPN in state of application
• Current CPR certification
• Prior nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post‑acute or sub‑acute care preferred
• New graduates welcome
