CNH Group is a regional operator of multiple top performing Crumbl franchise locations, as well as official testing and training stores. We are also an approved Commissary operator, meaning we produce fresh dough in one store and transport it via refrigerated van to our other stores. We have stores in both the Philadelphia and Northern Virginia / Washington DC regions. Crumbl is the nation's largest gourmet dessert company, with over 1,100 stores across the U.S. and Canada featuring a rotating menu of cookies and specialty desserts EVERY week, giving our customers many reasons to always try something new.

This position within our newly created Commissary operation is based in Jenkintown, PA. At least three times per week, you’ll work with the Production Manager to schedule, load, and transport fresh dough to our other store locations in the Philadelphia area, as well as Northern Virginia in our comfortable 2024 Mercedes Sprinter refrigerated van.

While at each store you will move the fresh dough and supplies to the correct locations within the store, as well as pick up ingredients and items that need to go back to the Commissary store or our warehouse in Jenkintown. You’ll complete basic inventory and food safety paperwork, and then continue to the next stop.

You will be required to interact and coordinate with operations managers at the Commissary location as well as maintain good communication and coordination with each store’s Manager. You will have alarm codes and store keys to access our store after hours when needed. This is not just a driver position. We are seeking a real team member who adds value and helps solve problems at every turn.

Because delivery volume varies week to week, this is a full‑time role rather than a run‑by‑run one. On days when driving is lighter, you'll round out your hours with local errands based out of our Jenkintown commissary — helping with store and warehouse organization, and other tasks that keep our commissary operation running. In other words, you won’t be sent home early if we skip a delivery day;

we keep the right person busy and full‑time.

Required:

You will be required to work most Sundays, but the schedule of “when” can be up to you because our stores are closed to the public on Sundays. We simply need all items delivered by the opening of the week on Monday mornings by 6am.

Early Morning Start, Late Night / Overnight Driving Optional: All of our dough production takes place during the day, so late‑night / overnight driving is optional and even welcomed — less traffic, fewer delays. Note that commissary/production support days take place during normal daytime hours, so we reserve the right to set your hours to match our business needs.

• At least 21 years old with at least 3 consecutive years with a valid driver’s license with no violations.
• Must have a clean driving record for the past 5 years, or as long as you’ve held a license if less than 5 years.
• Completion of Basic Food Handlers certificate prior to start date (short online course for under $10)
• Must have smartphone / tablet and able to use for required apps and company communication (stipend offered)
• Must be available Sundays in addition to other required weekdays.
