ACT 235 Certified Armed Security Field Supervisor

Schedule:

Part-Time | 20 Hours per Week

Location:

Jenkintown, PA

Pay: $19.00 Per Hour

We are currently hiring an ACT 235 Certified Armed Security Field Supervisor for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. This is a driving position that requires prior Security Supervisor experience, a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass an MVR check.

• Conduct site inspections and security checks at assigned locations
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and company management
• Supervise, support, and train security officers in the field
• Respond to incidents, operational issues, and emergencies
• Assist with staffing coverage, scheduling, and call-offs
• Complete incident reports, site audits, and daily documentation
• Ensure officers comply with company policies and client expectations

• Current ACT 235 Certification
• Previous Security Supervisor experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass criminal background and MVR checks
• Must possess and maintain a Level II retention holster and duty belt
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field

HS Diploma GED or H.S. Equivalent

This is a Part-Time position 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift, 1st, 2nd, 3rd Shifts Available | Part-Time | 20 hours.

Relocation is not required and travel is required for day trips only
