Tabor Children’s Services is seeking an Intake Social Worker to engage, screen, assess, refer and coordinate out-of-home placements for youth ages 0–23. The intake worker will coordinate placements, intakes and discharges, and maintain PA DHS 3700 compliance while supporting a multidisciplinary team.
Hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days WFM) with hours 9am–5pm; starting pay $22.60/hour. You will build rapport with resource parents and complete reports and documentation for all programs.
