General Summary
This position provides comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the Chief Administrative Officer, ensuring efficient daily operations. The role serves as a key point of contact, managing correspondence and scheduling, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting organizational priorities through effective communication, coordination, and attention to detail.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Handle mail delivery and retrieval, and complete deposits and loan payments at the Main Branch as required.
- Pick up lunches for board members during board meetings or events.
- Assist with other errands or office-related tasks as assigned.
- Adherence to and support of all compliance and BSA/AML rules and regulations related to this job function.
- Performs other duties as assigned by Chief Administrative Officer.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Three to five years of experience in banking or an administrative role, or an equivalent combination of education and training, is preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Maintains strict confidentiality of all work-related information and assignments.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to run local errands as required.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
Work schedule will vary depending upon demand but will consist of an 8-hour shift between the hours of 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Occasional overtime may be required. Regular attendance is required.
