Our client is a respected and growing public accounting firm and is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its Audit and Attest team. The firm is known for its collaborative culture, strong leadership support, and long-standing client relationships. As a Senior Accountant, you will be trusted with real ownership while continuing to develop your leadership skills.

You will:

• Lead compilation, review, and audit engagements from planning through completion
• Ensure financial records are accurate and compliant with applicable standards
• Prepare financial statements, audit findings, and client recommendations
• Review staff work and provide guidance and mentorship
• Serve as the in charge on engagements
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

You will have consistent client exposure and the opportunity to help shape engagement success, not just execute tasks.

• 3+ years of public accounting experience
• Strong foundation in audit and attest services
• CPA candidate required, CPA preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Tax preparation or review experience is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

This role is best suited for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, mentoring junior staff, and continuing to grow within public accounting.
