Hibbett Retail, Inc. is seeking a Manager in Training in the Operations department. This role assists the Store Manager with daily store operations, merchandising, and customer service. It is non-exempt and paid hourly, with responsibilities expanding during training to assume Store Manager duties in their absence.
The Manager in Training will learn product areas, supervise staff, and promote sales while upholding company policies and standards in a fast-paced retail environment.
