Manager Trainee

Overview

The full‑time Manager Development Program at Tower Loan is designed to provide trainees with the knowledge, skills, and experience needed to thrive in consumer finance and grow into leadership roles. Over a 10‑12 month period, participants gain hands‑on experience in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and branch operations while earning competitive pay and performance‑based incentives.

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long‑term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending suitable services.
• Offer optional products to both new and existing customers.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist the Manager in exceeding established office goals.
• Provide support in management responsibilities such as delegating employee workload and analyzing loan documents.
• Demonstrate skills in all management aspects, including recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into a management role.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
• Preferred experience in Sales, Collections, or Customer Service.

On‑Site. Monday through Friday, 8:30AM to 5:30PM, with some extended hours during the week as needed, which may include Saturday.
