Compensation

Regenis is looking for a talented Operations and Maintenance Regional Coordinator to join the team full-time. This position pays $26 - $31 per hour.

Job Description

Key responsibilities:

Logistics & Vendor Coordination
  • Coordinate and dispatch vendors to job sites based on operational needs
  • Schedule and track vendor services to ensure timely completion
  • Review and approve vendor invoices for accuracy and completeness
Inventory & Parts Management
  • Manage inventory levels, including tracking, organizing, and restocking materials and parts
  • Order parts and supplies to ensure cost-effective and timely availability
  • Coordinate and perform delivery of parts to job sites and internal teams
Fleet, Tools & Equipment Management
  • Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules to ensure safety and compliance
  • Manage maintenance and upkeep of company tools and equipment
  • Operate forklift to load, unload, and transport materials
  • Ensure safe transport practices, including proper load securing (straps, nets, tarps)
Operations & Administrative Support
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, maintenance, and vendor activity
  • Support documentation related to safety, compliance, and operations
  • Assist with tracking labor, job activities, and operational data
  • Provide general administrative support, including expense tracking and basic IT coordination
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience in logistics, operations, inventory, or maintenance coordination preferred
  • Forklift experience or ability to become certified preferred
  • Attention to detail, particularly in invoice review and recordkeeping
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle and equipment maintenance practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
  • Familiarity with prevailing wage compliance and documentation is a plus
Minimum Requirements
  • 2+ years of prior experience in logistics or coordination role
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license
  • Able to work in inclement weather and dirty conditions
    • Dairy farm background a plus
  • Drug-free, including Cannabis - must be able to pass drug test and be part of random testing program
    • Regenis' work is safety-sensitive.

Working Conditions
  • The position works both in an office setting and on site
    • Office work involves remaining in a stationary position in front of a computer
  • Possible exposure to hazardous materials and/or gasses

  • Occasional overtime
  • Must be able to climb ladders and stairs
Location

This position will be based at the Company's Jerome, Idaho location.
