Responsibilities- Accurately assemble customer orders from staged products using provided paperwork
- Ensure correct plant selection, labeling, and quantities
- Maintain clean, organized, and efficient work areas
- Work collaboratively with the team to complete daily tasks
- Return all completed paperwork to the team lead
- Participate in daily team meetings (L10s)
- Support team success by staging product for the next day
- Perform other tasks as assigned
- Able to lift up to 35 lbs and work on your feet for 8+ hours
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in variable conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
- Basic math skills (add/subtract)
- Able to read and communicate in English (Spanish is a plus)
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to work weekends and holidays
