** What this role is all about:
** We are looking for a BiPro/Membrane Operator in Jerome, .  The BiPro/Membrane Operator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the proprietary ion-exchange and membrane filtering processes which create whey protein isolates.  The BiPro/Membrane Operator position utilizes advanced equipment and oversees crucial production steps to create high quality BiPro whey protein isolate product.
* Operate equipment and control processes in the production of high quality/high value whey products, successfully applying learned knowledge of processes and production methods.
* Effectively operate state-of-the-art equipment involved with the isolation of protein products.##
· Regulate production factors such as solids, temperature, pH; making adjustments to meet all set points.##
· Take frequent readings; accurately logging up to 50 variables per hour.

** Our Jerome, , plant is home to approximately 400 employees and processes approximately 7 million pounds of milk per day. This facility produces various types of cheeses, such as; mozzarella, cheddar, provolone, muenster, parmesan, romano, Monterey jack, gouda, and asiago. They also run various whey streams, such as; deproteinized whey, sweet dairy whey, GMP, permeate, instantized, and our top-rated BiPro products.
