The BiPro/Membrane Operator is responsible for the day‑to‑day operations of the proprietary ion‑exchange and membrane filtering processes that create whey protein isolates. The position utilizes advanced equipment and oversees crucial production steps to produce high‑quality BiPro whey protein isolate product.

• Operate equipment and control processes to produce high‑quality/high‑value whey products, applying learned knowledge of processes and production methods.
• Operate state‑of‑the‑art equipment involved with the isolation of protein products.
• Regulate production factors such as solids, temperature, and pH; make adjustments to meet all set points.
• Take frequent readings and accurately log up to 50 variables per hour.

• Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Scope the length and difficulty of tasks and projects, set objectives and goals, break down work into process steps, develop schedules and assignments, anticipate and adjust for problems or roadblocks, measure performance against goals, and evaluate results.
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with managers and colleagues.

Our Jerome,  is home to approximately 400 employees and processes approximately 7 million pounds of milk per day. The facility produces various cheeses, including mozzarella, cheddar, provolone, muenster, parmesan, romano, Monterey jack, gouda, and asiago. It also runs various whey streams such as deproteinized whey, sweet dairy whey, GMP, permeate, instantized, and our top‑rated BiPro products.
