True West Beef has immediate openings for Beef Production roles with no experience necessary in Jerome, Idaho. This entry level role covers areas in:

• Harvest
• Fabrication
• Warehouse
• Bioproducts

We are a family‑owned company, producing world‑renowned Snake River Farms and Double R Ranch beef. You will work in our new state‑of‑the‑art processing plant, handling cutting, trimming, cleaning, and packaging meat products on a production line. Training will be provided.

Must be able to work in hot and/or cold temperatures in a fast‑paced environment. Work is physically demanding, requiring employees to push, pull, lift, and perform repetitive movements. Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality are required. Overtime may be available and/or required.
