Compensationand Benefits
Starting wage and compensation details include:
- Starting wage of $30.33
- Two pay increases within the first year up to $1.00
- $1.50 Shift Differential + Double Time on Sundays
- Thursday – Saturday with every other Sunday 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM

The Resource Operator carries out all operator tasks in applicable areas of the plant and provides shift coverage during breaks and vacations.
- Carry out all tasks in a safe and efficient manner.
- Train other workers on various tasks as needed.
- Perform all CIP procedures, Master Sanitation items, and titrations to ensure a high standard of sanitation.
- Take all area samples for micro and analytical results in a timely manner.
- Obtain and maintain working knowledge of production and CIP circuit flows.
- Complete pre-operational log before production run.
- Understand interaction between computer and machinery and adjust systems as needed.
- Accurately take and log frequent readings.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in food plant manufacturing preferred
- Good mechanical aptitude required
