Description
As a Production Warehouse - Forklift Operator, you will be an integral member of AD Chemco’s dynamic warehouse and production team based in Jerome.This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced and collaborative environment, where your skills and dedication will support our commitment to excellence and efficiency.

- Operate a forklift for the majority of the workday.
- Load and unload multiple trucks per day.
- Move freight from production floor to trailers and storage.
- Manually move full 55-gallon drums from pallets to trailer.
- Meet daily productivity requirements with a high degree of accuracy in a safe manner.
- Warehouse cleanliness at all times.
- Cross train in all warehouse and production areas.
- Good communication skills working with office administrators, product planning, and quality control, to ensure the outgoing product is prepared, moved and loaded safely, accurately, and efficiently.
- Ability to meet minimum requirements for forklift certification.
The applicant will work inside a manufacturing warehouse 100% of the time.

$18-$21 per hour DOE
Schedule:- 8-hour shift with occasional overtime (time and a half pay), and variable hours.
- No swing or grave shifts.
- Monday to Friday
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
- Ability to work as a team member, assisting the team to meet daily production benchmarks.
- Ability to keep busy and manage daily workload efficiently.
- Sense of urgency, organizational skills, and professional presence.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- High School diploma, GED, or qualifying warehouse/production experience.
- Ability to multitask and be flexible.
- Previous warehouse and/or forklift experience.
- Understanding of Good Manufacturing Procedures (GMP) in a production setting.
- Applicant must be able to physically access all exterior and interior parts of the property and amenities.
- Applicant must be able to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time.
- Applicant must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to fifty (50) pounds independently and one hundred(100) pounds with assistance. Must be able to maneuver drums of 500 lbs using mechanical carts and leverage.
- Must be able to pass a full background check.
- Must be able to take and pass a physical agility test and drug test.
