Warehouse Operator

Job Summary:

As a Warehouse Operator with Rite Stuff Foods, you will be responsible for operating forklifts in a fast-paced environment to safely and efficiently move goods and materials. This role requires knowledge of forklift operation, adherence to safety protocols, and strong attention to detail.

• Operate forklifts to move goods and materials throughout the plant.
• Stage and supply production lines with raw goods.
• Prepare, report and transport finished pallets for storage in the freezer.
• Load and unload trucks, pallets, and containers in a safe and efficient manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the facility.
• Warehouse inventory staging, counting and organization.
• Conduct regular equipment inspections to ensure proper functioning and advise the appropriate leader/associate should there be any issues or concerns.
• Always adhere to safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Substitute for other operators when necessary.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate workflow and prioritize tasks.
• Follow company policies and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned/needed.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Maintain a valid forklift operator certification (training provided by RSF).
• Demonstrate a good attendance record and work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities as needed.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects (minimum of 50 lbs.) as required.
• High degree of attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate both verbally and in written form.
