What You'll Do- Lead and promote a culture focused on Zero Incidents and employee engagement.
- Coordinate and oversee all Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, ISO, and applicable environmental and safety regulations.
- Conduct hazard assessments, incident investigations, and root cause analysis.
- Drive corrective and preventive actions to eliminate recurring safety issues.
- Support capital projects and change management initiatives by providing EHS expertise.
- Develop and maintain incident reporting and regulatory compliance systems.
- Partner with plant leadership to improve safety performance, reduce waste, and strengthen environmental sustainability.
- Coach leaders and employees on safety best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Food manufacturing experience is required.
- 2–8+ years of Environmental, Health & Safety experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, ISO, and environmental compliance requirements.
- Experience conducting incident investigations and root cause analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence employees at all organizational levels.
- Experience developing and implementing EHS programs and driving continuous improvement.
