Idaho Milk Products is seeking a Night Shift Ice Cream Intake/HTST Mix Operator in Jerome, will receive raw ingredients, operate HTST pasteurization, and prepare ice cream mixes per strict quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities include monitoring temperatures and flow, maintaining cleanliness, and documenting production activities. 1–2 years dairy experience preferred; high school diploma required; night shift, Monday–Friday, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM, full-time.
