About

The Role

Responsibilities

This role coordinates and oversees implementation of all Health and Safety programs and processes, participates in investigations to close identified non-conformances, and provides HSE expertise for new projects and change management activities. The Supervisor follows up on non-conformances, develops systems to resolve them through root cause analysis, and maintains an up to date incident reporting system, working with the plant's safety committee to drive corrective actions that eliminate recurrence.

This role also develops technical guidance programs to identify and remove physical hazards, builds relationships with plant leaders and managers to drive engagement, and partners with the regional team to create a master plan for HSE priorities with clear visibility into current and upcoming phases. The Supervisor also works with standard owners across the organization to implement the company's HSE blueprint model and close gaps against corporate priority standards.
