As a Retail Sales Representative, your tasks will include:

• Finding solutions to customer needs
• Delivering an outstanding store experience to promote customer loyalty and strengthen the T-Mobile brand
• Maintaining friendliness and positivity with an outgoing personality
• Meeting or exceeding sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Achieving profitable sales results
• Maintaining store cleanliness during downtime

We are looking for candidates who:

• Have a High School diploma or equivalent
• Have six months of retail sales or related experience
• Can work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Possess multitasking and organizational skills
• Are self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Are fast learners in a dynamic environment
• Have basic computer skills (word processing, email, Google Sheets or Excel)
• Can stand for long periods
• Can lift or move 20 lbs
