- Greet customers, answer questions, and process purchases
- Assist with special orders and carry‑outs to customer vehicles
- Maintain assigned areas: water, restock, price, and sign products
- Keep up to date on plant product availability and pricing
- Follow daily task lists and opening/closing procedures
- Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms and retail areas
- Support other retail team members and work as a collaborative crew
- Operate water wands, hoses, carts, and related equipment safely
- Work events as needed and scheduled
