Description

Position: Customer Service Specialist – Seasonal (Full-time, 30‑40 hours per week, up to 5 months)

Location: 700 W. Main St., Jerome, , United States

Work Hours: Open availability preferred; days and times may vary, including weekends, evenings, and some holidays. $0.50 differential for hours worked between 10 pm and 6 am.

Pay: $13.50+ DOE

Employment Duration: Seasonal employment up to 5 months; opportunity for permanent full‑ or part‑time employment may be offered but not guaranteed.

• Provide exceptional customer service, greeting guests and assisting with their needs.
• Process cashier transactions accurately, handling cash and credit payments.
• Maintain store appearance, including cleaning restrooms, cooler interiors, parking lots, fuel islands, and merchandise areas.
• Stock, face, and price merchandise to keep it front‑and‑center.
• Ensure parking lot and indoor floors remain free of debris and spills.
• Adhere to the Safety Manual, promptly reporting incidents and using safety signage.

• Solution‑focused thinker with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to learn new concepts, stay organized, and multitask with high attention to detail.
• Effective time‑management skills under a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Minimum age 19 years.
• Physical ability to balance on a step stool or ladder, lift up to 50 lbs., and work at floor‑to‑eye level.
• Comfortable working in a cooler at an average temperature of 32 °F.
