Responsibilities
- Sell bedding plants and greenhouse products to wholesale customers.
- Manage customer orders from start to finish, ensuring satisfaction and accuracy.
- Communicate regularly with assigned customers and address concerns quickly.
- Track plant availability and help manage substitutions as needed.
- Ensure invoices reflect correct pricing, freight, and applicable discounts.
- Maintain accurate records and submit reports weekly/monthly.
- Collaborate with the sales manager to support budget and sales goals.
- Participate in daily team meetings and coordinate with order fulfillment.
