City of Jerome is seeking a Wastewater Maintenance Operator to perform daily maintenance, repair and fabrication of treatment facilities and related equipment. The role includes responding within an hour during rotating Emergency Response Operator shifts and managing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, pumps, valves and conveyors.
The position requires hands-on skills, ability to read meters and control panels, and the capacity to work outdoors under varying weather
