Location:
Jerome, (onsite) Salary Range: $70K - $95K (depending on experience)
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced frozen food manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for overseeing inventory, shipping and receiving, team leadership, and ensuring efficient and safe operations across the facility.
What you will do:
- Oversee all warehouse operations including inventory, shipping, receiving, and cost control
- Manage inventory accuracy through physical counts and system reconciliation
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
- Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff while managing schedules and performance
- Monitor equipment condition and coordinate maintenance or repairs
- Implement and enforce operational policies and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support audits and maintain accurate records for inventory and reporting
- Act as subject matter expert for warehouse systems and inventory tracking
What we are looking for:
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience, preferably in manufacturing or food production
- Strong knowledge of warehouse systems and inventory control processes
- Leadership experience managing teams in a warehouse environment
- Understanding of OSHA safety standards and warehouse regulations
- Strong organizational, problem solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse-related tools
Nice to have:
- Experience in cold storage or refrigerated environments
- Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience
- Forklift certification
