- Starting wage of $19.03 to $21.41
- Monday – Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

The Warehouse Clerk is based in Jerome, coordinates the shipping and receiving of all goods and materials at the plant, including preparation of documentation.
Responsibilities- Act as a liaison between carrier representatives and Agropur US, confirming scheduled appointments and issuing instructions for shipping and delivery of materials.
- Communicate with carriers at check-in and completion, delivering clear, concise directions.
- Assign carriers dock doors on arrival and update the EWM system to ensure accuracy for unloading/loading.
- Update goods receipts with proper vendor lot numbers and manufacturing dates.
- Print goods receipts for the receiving process.
- Upload paperwork for all outgoing shipments in a timely manner.
- Release EWM tasks to the floor to ensure warehouse personnel receive workflow promptly.
- Safely operate material handling equipment to assist in shipment, processing, and receiving of product and materials.
- Create Handling Units for all items entering the plant.
- Enter Handling Units into SAP and print barcodes for warehouse inventory.
- Pick orders from the system for the Warehouse team and print pick slips.
- Complete inventory corrections in the system.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in a manufacturing environment required.
- Shipping and/or receiving experience preferred.
- Knowledge of office administration procedures and ability to operate standard office equipment.
- Ability to solve problems by applying knowledge and experience and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofreading materials.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
