About the Role:

Our client is seeking a self‑motivated Accounting Manager to join their expanding organization. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of accounting operations for a developing business with multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have experience in consolidated financial reporting
, intercompany accounting
, and cash flow and treasury management
. Global experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee accounting operations across multiple locations.
• Prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements
  , ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Handle intercompany accounting and reconciliations.
• Oversee cash flow management and support treasury functions.
• Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and support strategic decision‑making.
• Ensure timely and accurate month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes.
• Support external audits and maintain strong internal controls.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required); CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of accounting experience
  , including multi‑location and consolidated reporting.
• Solid background in audit or public accounting is a plus.
• Experience in construction or service‑based industries preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.

Preferred

Skills:

• Global accounting experience.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
