Our client is seeking a self‑motivated Accounting Manager to join their expanding organization. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of accounting operations for a developing business with multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have experience in consolidated financial reporting
, intercompany accounting
, and cash flow and treasury management
. Global experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee accounting operations across multiple locations.
- Prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements
, ensuring accuracy and compliance. - Handle intercompany accounting and reconciliations.
- Oversee cash flow management and support treasury functions.
- Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and support strategic decision‑making.
- Ensure timely and accurate month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes.
- Support external audits and maintain strong internal controls.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required); CPA preferred.
- 5+ years of accounting experience
, including multi‑location and consolidated reporting. - Solid background in audit or public accounting is a plus.
- Experience in construction or service‑based industries preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
Preferred
Skills:
- Global accounting experience.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
