I'm currently recruiting for a rapidly expanding distribution company that is seeking to hire a Staff Accountant with offices located in New Jersey, NJ. This is a dynamic company that has over $100M+ in revenue and has continued to grow year over year. The team is seeking a Senior Accountant who will be responsible for assisting with the month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis, and assisting the controller with any special projects.
This is a fantastic company that has big plans for 2023 and 2024.
- Assist with the month-end close overseeing all items on the balance sheet and income statement
- Manage the GL by performing reconciliations and adjusting journal entries
- Review all AR activity
- Perform monthly variance analysis
- Assist with any process improvements across the group
- Assist with the annual audit and provide all supporting documentation
