Accountant, Financial Reporting, Tax Accountant

• Maintain accounting records and books for the U.S. subsidiary
• Process daily accounting transactions and journal entries
• Perform bank statement and crypto wallet reconciliations
• Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collections
• Review open balance accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Support month-end close activities, including:
• Revenue and cost recognition
• Fixed assets, leases, and accruals
• Prepare timely financial reports for the U.S. entity
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal reporting and tax requirements
• Review and adjust overhead allocations
• Assist with annual audits, including auditor support and financial statement preparation
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Tax, Treasury, HR, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams
• Provide accounting support to foreign subsidiaries

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting
• Minimum 2 years of corporate accounting experience
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP
• CPA or progress toward CPA preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with ERP systems required (Oracle Net Suite a plus)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization abilities
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team
• Familiarity with cryptocurrencies is a plus
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin
