Senior Accountant

We are excited to expand our team and are currently seeking a Senior Tax Associate with approximately 3–4 years of relevant experience

Full-Time

• Starting at $80,000+ (DOE)

• Prepare and review individual and business tax returns
• Assist with basic bookkeeping and GAAP financial statement preparation (no audits)
• Work directly with clients and communicate with taxing authorities
• Collaborate with colleagues on projects and contribute to a supportive team culture

• CCH Axcess for tax preparation
• CCH Engagement and PPC for financial statement preparation

• 3–4 years of experience in tax preparation and review
• Working knowledge of bookkeeping and GAAPStrong communication skills and comfort interacting with clients and tax authority representatives
• A team‑oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate
• Ability to work on-site (this is an in‑office position; remote work is not available)

• 40 hours per week outside of tax season
• Summer Fridays
  :
  Office closes at 3 PM between Memorial Day and Labor Day
• Tax Season (Jan 1 – Apr 15):
  Gradual ramp‑up to 65+ hours per week
• Overtime is not paid separately; tax‑season compensation is built into salary
