Accountant, Financial Reporting, Tax Accountant

This role requires a high energy individual with strong attention to details. The Junior Accountant is responsible for the accounting book of our U.S. subsidiary. The role drives the timely/accurate completion of recurring AR, bookkeeping, reconciliation, closing and reporting processes.

• Daily accounting transactions and journal entries
• Bank statement reconciliation and crypto wallets reconciliation
• Ensure that accounts receivable is collected promptly, and continuously optimize payment receiving process
• Inspect all open balance accounts for accuracy
• Support the month-end close process of the corporate entity, including revenue and cost recognition, adjusting entries, and review and record of fixed assets, leases, and accruals, etc.
• Provide timely financial reporting of U.S. subsidiary
• Comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
• Review and adjust overhead allocations as needed
• Contribute to the annual audit of corporate entities, including support of auditor test work and financial statement preparation.
• Work closely with Tax, Treasury, HR, Legal, Compliance, and operation teams to enhance the firm's day-to-day operations.
• Accounting support to foreign subsidiaries.

• Bachelor or higher degree in accounting major.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP. CPA, or working towards CPA license is preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, ERP system working knowledge is required. Experience in using ORACLE-NETSUITE is a plus.
• Possess excellent analytical, business partnering, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Attention to details and high motivated, able to work independently or as a team
• Familiarity with cryptocurrencies will be a plus.
