- Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Accounting, or related field is a plus, supporting strong numerical and analytical capabilities
- Strong experience working in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Payroll module
- Experience using Oracle Fusion tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, HSDL, or Element treatments preferred
- Advanced proficiency in payroll reporting, data analysis, and reconciliations
- Ability to analyze large datasets and identify root causes of payroll discrepancies
- Experience supporting payroll system upgrades, or enhancements preferred
- Comfortable collaborating with technical teams on integrations, interfaces, and testing activities
- Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and process orientation
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with payroll systems and knowledge of payroll processes, garnishments, and benefits administration
- Strong skills in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation), Word, Outlook
- Strong research, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset.
