AVP, Perpetual Fund Finance

We are partnering with a leading global alternative investment manager on an Assistant Vice President opportunity within its Infrastructure Finance team in New Jersey.

The role will support the financial management and operations of a large open-ended private infrastructure fund and offers broad ownership across fund accounting, NAV oversight, financial and SEC reporting, liquidity management, and investor capital activity.

• Own day-to-day fund accounting and reporting, including NAV oversight, capital activity, fee calculations and quarterly close deliverables
• Support the preparation and review of quarterly and annual SEC filings, including 10‑Q and 10‑K reporting
• Manage liquidity across the fund structure, including investor subscriptions, redemptions, distributions, and treasury activity
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and support ongoing SOX and financial control requirements
• Prepare and review accounting policy memos related to new transactions and evolving accounting standards
• Lead and mentor junior team members
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and reporting workflows

• 6+ years of public and/or private accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience with public companies, open-ended funds and/or private markets
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and complex fund structures
• SEC reporting experience strongly preferred
• CPA preferred
• Fund accounting, NAV and/or liquidity management experience highly desirable
