Finance Assistant Mgr​/Manager; Korean Bilingual

[Job Summary]

Reporting to the Finance Director responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the Finance and Accounting function including managing general accounting, P&L and balance sheet activities, financial analysis, financial reporting, interact with internal and external partners and stakeholders to support the Finance and Accounting activities.

[Job Description]

• - Manage day-to-day activities related to general accounting, P&L and balance sheet, AP and AR
• - Gross-To-Net deductions, including chargebacks, admin fees and rebates calculations etc.
• - Prepare various sales reports for submission to external parties.
• - Prepare journal entries and adjustments for period-end closing, including inventory accounting, lease accounting.
• - Prepare financial statements and reports in compliance with US GAAP and IFRS.
• - Analyze accounts partner with Sales team and others.
• - Identify opportunities for process improvements, plan and execute improvement projects.
• - Support internal controls, compliance and external audits.
• - Assist in any system changes, internal control programs.
• - Assist in ad hoc initiatives.

5 or more years of experience in finance and accounting

Understanding of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and IFRS Work experience in pharmaceutical industry preferred

• - Experience in Gross to Net preferred
• - Experience in SOX, audits, financial/accounting systems including SAP

High Attention to details, accuracy essential and diligent personality Understanding in Accounting and Finance

• - Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• - Relevant Certification
• - Bilingual in Korean and English

Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance or equivalence.
