About the Team & Business Line:
Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our
   alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most
   respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means
   our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.

About You:

Bachelor or Master level degree (in accounting, finance, economics).5+ years public/private accounting experience7+ years real estate and/or private equity experience

Knowledge and experience in GAAP and IFRSExperience with fair value reporting for real estate investments and debt obligations

Knowledge of Private Equity and Real Estate Funds Experience in reviewing real estate operations and preparation of full sets of financial statements, including notes

Knowledge of multi-family and commercial real estate accounting

Strong leadership skills and supervisory experience of other professionals

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Project management skills with attention to detail and proven ability to multi-task Knowledge and experience in real estate/private equity accounting systems (Yardi, MRI, Investran, etc.)Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Excel)
