The Founder Is Operating at a Level That Requires Strategic Executive Support
Organized Human LLC has crossed into seven-figure revenue and is entering its next phase of growth. As the company expands, the Founder’s time must be focused on leadership, strategic planning, research, and scaling the business.
This role ensures that daily operations, communication, organizational systems, administrative execution, and internal coordination run seamlessly, enabling the Founder to operate at the highest level of leadership and decision-making.
This is a high-access, high-responsibility position that works directly beside the Founder and collaborates closely with the leadership and administrative team to maintain momentum across all company initiatives.

What You’ll Do- Manage and maintain the Founder’s calendar, scheduling meetings, calls, and project timelines.
- Monitor and manage executive email inboxes, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Draft emails, quotes, client responses, and internal communication in the Founder’s voice and company standards.
- Review documents, proposals, and internal materials before they reach the Founder and provide summaries highlighting key decisions and action items.
- Serve as a communication bridge between the Founder, leadership team, clients, vendors, and partners.
- Track payments, purchase orders, discrepancies, and vendor communications.
- Coordinate banking, bookkeeping, payroll coordination, tax document preparation, and administrative financial requests.
- Troubleshoot portal access, vendor issues, missing documentation, or administrative delays.
- Maintain accurate spreadsheets tracking vendors, clients, projects, and internal financial documentation.
- Organize and maintain the Founder’s digital systems, including emails, drives, folders, documentation, and workflow organization to eliminate inefficiencies.
- Create spreadsheets and tracking systems for projects, prospects, internal initiatives, and business development ideas.
- Create and maintain organized project folders and share with leadership teams.
- Coordinate hiring logistics, interviews, candidate follow-ups, and internal hiring documentation.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, onboarding materials, and internal HR tracking systems.
- Assist in maintaining company resources such as SOPs, training materials, EOD reports, and compliance resources.
- Track leadership evaluations, notes, and internal review processes.
- Coordinate travel logistics, meetings, events, and scheduling priorities.
- Sit in on planning sessions, meetings, and operational discussions to help execute initiatives.
- Translate Founder ideas into structured documents, plans, and action steps.
- Protect the Founder’s time and help maintain an organized executive workflow.
- Travel alongside the Founder when required and provide on-site administrative and operational support.
- Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented.
- Proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs without constant direction.
- Strong written and verbal communicator capable of writing in someone else’s voice.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Emotionally intelligent, discreet, and highly trustworthy.
- Experienced in executive support, administration, operations coordination, or leadership support roles (3+ years preferred).
- Motivated by growth, responsibility, and building long-term career impact.
Starting salary of $72,000 annually.
6-month performance review with potential salary increase to $75,000–$80,000 based on demonstrated skill, ownership, and impact.
