Location: New Jersey (Preferred)
What You’ll Do- Assist with invoice processing and payment tracking
- Support vendor setup documentation for customers
- Maintain internal financial and administrative records
- Coordinate with external accounting partners
- Support teams and general office administration tasks
- Help organize contracts and purchasing documentation
- Background in finance, accounting, or business administration preferred
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
- Detail-oriented and responsible
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing company
- Experience with Quick Books/Zoho or accounting software is a plus
