As an Entry-Level Commercial Loan Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the commercial lending team by assisting with client onboarding, document collection, and initial loan assessments. You’ll help maintain accurate records, provide updates to clients, and ensure all required paperwork is submitted correctly. Responsibilities- Assist with the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Collect and organize necessary documentation for loan applications, maintaining accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct initial assessments of loan applications to identify potential issues or areas needing further review.
- Maintain up-to-date and precise records of all client interactions and loan processes.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and answer any questions they may have.
- Collaborate with the commercial lending team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Ensure all paperwork is submitted correctly and on time, adhering to company standards and regulations.
- Experience in customer service or client-facing roles, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment.
- Ability to collect and organize documentation with precision, maintaining accuracy and completeness.
- Proven track record of effective communication, keeping clients informed, and addressing their questions promptly.
- Familiarity with basic financial principles or a strong willingness to learn about commercial lending processes.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team, contributing to streamlined processes and improved efficiency.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain up-to-date and precise records of client interactions and loan processes.
- Attention to detail in ensuring all paperwork is submitted correctly and on time, adhering to company standards and regulations.
Compensation: $112,000 - $225,000 per year
