The Office Administrator supports daily operations within the Sales & Distribution Center by managing driver settlements, cash reconciliation, deposits, and general administrative tasks. This role ensures paperwork and route settlements are accurate, research discrepancies, and helps resolve issues to keep daily operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- Review and process daily driver paperwork and route settlement
- Research and resolve settlement discrepancies, overages, shortages, and missing documents
- Manage cash reconciliation, driver deposits, and deposit preparation
- Process checks and maintains accurate financial record
- Troubleshoot handheld and settlement issue
- Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide general administrative support
- Ensure work is completed accurately and in accordance with company procedures
- 2–5 years of office experience required
- Experience with BASIS route accounting system preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and required insurance
- Ability to travel occasionally based on business needs
