Sales Senior Manager, High-End Outdoor Materials

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute the sales strategy to deliver ≥20 % compound annual revenue growth and expand market share across the United States.
• Coordinate the team to open new customers and achieve full U.S. geographic coverage.
• Build relationships with designers to grow the designer/specifier channel and secure large, iconic projects.
• Lead the development of new product categories, propose product improvements and new-product concepts.
• Team management and report to the Board; embrace the company’s values while driving brand influence and market share throughout North America.

• 10+ years in North American building-materials industry with proven distributor-network and Big-Box retail management experience.
• Strong designer/architect channel resources: documented cooperation with AIA, ASLA and NAHB members.
• Proven team-management skills.

Headquarters:
New Jersey (flexible work options). New-Jersey-based candidates preferred; exceptional applicants may be considered elsewhere. Frequent travel for market/ customers development is required.
