We are seeking a highly capable,
senior entrepreneurial individual contributor to drive the growth and success of Allot’s Enterprise Business globally. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who thrives on taking ownership, proactively identifying opportunities, and influencing outcomes across teams and functions without relying on formal authority. Matrix reporting to this position offers a unique opportunity to grow alongside a rapidly evolving global business, shaping its direction and impact through entrepreneurial leadership and ownership.
- Define and execute the global enterprise strategy, setting vision, objectives, and growth targets.
- Translate market dynamics and customer needs into actionable initiatives.
- Develop multi‑year plans for market penetration, product validation, and revenue growth.
- Take full ownership of business performance, including revenue, margins, and resource allocation.
- Drive forecasting, budgeting, and operational discipline.
- Make data‑driven decisions to optimize profitability and accelerate growth.
- Work hands‑on with Product and R&D & Sales to ensure a market‑leading portfolio aligned with customer outcomes.
- Prioritize innovation in cybersecurity, visibility, and control, with a focus on cloud‑oriented offerings.
- Shape and execute go‑to‑market strategies, including segmentation, channel strategy, and geographic expansion.
- Partner with regional sales teams to meet and exceed targets.
- Drive alignment and continuous improvement across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Foster a customer‑centric culture and proactively resolve challenges.
- Influence and inspire teams and stakeholders without formal authority.
- Lead by example, demonstrating proactive ownership and accountability in all aspects of the business.
- Identify and resolve operational challenges, ensuring delivery and operational excellence.
- Champion Allot’s values and culture, acting as a role model for innovation, agility, and collaboration.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in enterprise technology (cloud, cybersecurity, SaaS, telecommunications).
- Proven success as a business leader, with hands‑on experience and full P&L responsibility.
- Demonstrated experience leading a startup environment from early stage to growth, bringing an entrepreneurial, hands‑on approach to driving growth and innovation.
- Proven ability to scale products and business operations, including taking solutions from early validation through market expansion and maturity.
- Strong commercial acumen and a track record of scaling global operations.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills; able to influence in a matrix.
- Deep expertise in enterprise cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience across business leadership, product management, strategy, and commercial roles.
- Analytical, strategic, and data‑driven.
- Experience with enterprise buyers, channel partners, and telco ecosystems.
- Establish strategic partnerships with major cloud platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or a related field required.
- MBA or equivalent business/technical degree strongly preferred.
