Project Manager, Business Systems​/ Tech Analyst, Business Management

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the development team supporting critical application interfaces and reporting processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, proactive initiative, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Pennington, NJ (On-site, 1 day a week in NYC)

What's the Job?

• Coordinate and manage project activities using tools like JIRA and other project management platforms.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
• Support reporting processes and assist in refining workflows related to project scope.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and gather requirements.
• Participate in project planning, execution, and review to ensure successful outcomes.

What's Needed?

• Previous experience with BOFA or strong financial services background.
• Proficiency in PPRT, permit to operate, and permit to send processes.
• Excellent communication skills, energetic, and a go-getter attitude.
• Experience with JIRA or similar project management tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
