NJ/NY Gotham FC ("Gotham FC" or "the Club") is a National Women's Soccer League ("NWSL") team representing New Jersey and New York. The team plays at Sports Illustrated Stadium in Harrison, NJ.
The Role:
Gotham FC is seeking a Fan Experience PA to serve as an operational and member-experience support role within the Fan Experience team. This position will act as the logistical backbone of Fan Fest and a key support role for Blueprint / Season Ticket Member (STM) initiatives, ensuring experiences are executed cleanly, consistently, and at a premium standard.
This role will report primarily to the Senior Manager of Fan Experience, with a dotted-line relationship to the Associate Manager of Fan Experience (Blueprint).
Fan Fest PA Responsibilities
- Own Fan Fest operational planning execution, including:
- Lead game day staffing team in the execution of full build and breakdown of Gotham FC's Fan Fest
- Creation of Fan Fest maps and layouts
- Signage routing and placement coordination
- Draft set-up and breakdown plans
- Weather and rain contingency plans
- Serve as primary Fan Experience liaison to Operations for Fan Fest infrastructure and site logistics
- Support staffing plans and on-site flow in partnership with Fan Experience leadership
- Build and maintain repeatable templates to streamline Fan Fest planning season over season
- Ensure Fan Fest logistics run smoothly with minimal escalation to senior Fan Experience and Operations leadership
- Serve as a key support resource for Blueprint / Season Ticket Member events, acting as:
- Coordinate some STM events such as Chalk Talks, assist with Autograph Events, and select Blueprint activations. These responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Venue research and outreach
- Vendor coordination
- Staffing plans
- Briefing creative with designers

- Manage execution of STM Quarterly Zooms. These responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Scheduling quarterly zoom sessions with Communications team / Player Liaison
- Drafting marketing materials
- Briefing creative with designers
- Support STM-tailored pre-game experiences, including partner bar tailgates using established playbooks
- Support ad-hoc STM-focused initiatives in partnership with Ticketing, Fan Experience, and Operations
- Support STM and fan gifting, as assigned
- Serve as a reliable execution partner across Fan Experience initiatives, filling operational gaps as needed
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar Marketing or Events role
- Highly detail oriented and organized
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, while prioritizing accordingly
- Ability to meet deadlines and get projects over the line in a timely manner
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to collaborate across various departments, effectively listen to feedback, and provide insight to provide the highest level of production for the club
- Ability to form professional working relationships with a diverse group of individuals
- Ability to frequently lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds unassisted
- Able to pivot and make decisions quickly, as required
- Proactive problem-solver with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Comfortable proposing new ideas and developing a plan for how to execute them
- Creative, tapped into culture, particularly the intersection of sports, media, fashion, music and entertainment
- Present oneself with the utmost professionalism and be a brand ambassador for the club
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, to include night, weekends, and holidays
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
Based at Gotham FC's business office, which is located at 15 Exchange Place Jersey City, New Jersey, on a hybrid part-time working schedule which consists of three days (Monday (remote), Tuesday (in office) and Wednesday (in office). Ability to attend majority home games and any mandatory events as well as away games, as necessary. A willingness to travel for other business-related needs, as they arise.
Ability to work at the team's soccer operations office in Whippany, New Jersey, as needed. Gotham FC requires its associates to live in its market, that is, within reasonable commuting distance of Gotham FC's offices, practice facility and Sports Illustrated Stadium.
