Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, legal studies, or related field; advanced degree or certification preferred Previous experience in contract administration or negotiation within the pharmaceutical or clinical research industry Strong understanding of contract law and regulatory requirements Excellent analytical skills to interpret complex contractual provisions Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
