Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in business development, high-ticket consultative sales, or channel partnerships Proven track record of securing high-value, relationship-driven deals Demonstrated ability to optimize sales workflows and improve conversion metrics Ability to influence and build trust with experienced entrepreneurs Proficiency in managing complex pipelines and data integrity, ideally within Hub Spot
