About the Role
The Senior Analyst willbe a contributor within

BetMGM'sfinance function, supporting a variety of reporting, modeling, and analytical initiatives. The Senior Analyst will be a partner to the financeteamas well as collaborate cross-functionally, with emphasis on supporting operations, technology, and people planning. A successful candidate willfacilitatemanagementdecision making andidentifyopportunitiesofimprovement byleveragingdata to provide actionable insights and analysis. Candidates are expected toexhibita keen attention to detail, strong financial & numerical insight,and the ability to work effectively in afast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze monthly financial performance
  including cost of revenue, operating expenses,headcount, and key operational drivers; deliver clear insights, variance explanations, and recommendations to internal stakeholders.

• Support the forecasting and budgeting cycles
  by building andmaintainingfinancial models that incorporate historical trends, business drivers, and cross functional input to ensureaccurateandtimelysubmissions.

• Develop, refine, and track KPIs and operational metrics
  , partnering closely with Operations, Technology, and People teams tomonitorbusiness health andidentifyareas of opportunity.

• Prepare recurring management reporting
  , including dashboards and presentations, that translate complex financial data into digestible, actionable insights for senior leadership.

• Collaborate withcross functional partners
  to understand business operations, gather inputs, pressure test assumptions, andprovidefinancial guidance that influences decision making.

• Assist with executive level materials
  , including board/leadership content and business performance narratives.

Essential Functions

• Must be able to stand or sit andoperatecomputers and other technological devices for extended periods of time

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a financial analyst role, preferably in a matrixed organization or multi-department company

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to succinctly summarize results and findings

• Experience in the areas of operational finance and headcount analysis, a plus

• Ability to work through ambiguity whileleveragingdata sets from various sources

• Strong time management skills while simultaneously working on multiple projects in different business areas

• Intellectual curiosity: desire to learn more about a complex growing business and further develop skills

• Strong cross-functional business partnering skills

• Exposure to one or more major SaaS EPM applications preferred (e.g.Vena, Oracle Hyperion, Adaptive Insights)

• Strong excel skills

Compensation
The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00to $. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education,experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for participation in aperformance
-based bonus plan.
